This month's theme was "Hats Off to 2010!" Here are our score cards . . .
DON'T YOU LOVE THE HATS!!!!Here are two of our lovely ladies in their hats. Upon arrival everyone chose a hat. However, every time there was a bunco we had to switch hats. There were some special prizes throughout the evening as well. You just had to have the right hat on at the right time!

Recipes from January's Bunco:
Quick Crustless Quiche

7-8 slices Muenster, Swiss, or Provolone Cheese
6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup flour
2 T. Butter
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c milk
Dash of Pepper
Line the bottom and sides of a greased 10 inch pie plate with cheese. Sprinkle with bacon. In a blender, blend the rest of the ingredients for one minute. Gently pour over bacon and bake in 350° oven for about 30 minutes or until golden and set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
Caramel Rolls

1 c. nuts - any kind
18-22 Rhodes frozen rolls
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
